Some nice upgrades, built-ins, lighting, etc.  Very popular floor plan even though it’s on a lower floor with surprisingly open views as well.  With the low inventory in the building for units with more square footage than most, I’d expect this one will get lots of attention given the orientation.  Wood floors have been added in the bedrooms, so no carpet here.  Just high enough up for some nice views.  Matte cabinetry option from the builder.  Clean and ready to go.  I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.

This 2 bedroom unit with 2.5 baths facing west on the 13th floor which sold just a couple of years ago has been at least temporarily taken off the market.  One of the more popular floor plans in the building with virtually no wasted space in hallways and views to the west and southwest towards the bay.  A large balcony off the living room as well for taking in the sun and evening lights.  Light and airy, a nice neutral decor scheme, with mostly original fit and finish. The price feels a bit high given the pace of sales for other similar units in the building lately and the height when the 17th floor version is available for much less a few floors above.  I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.

After less than 3 weeks on the market at the Pinnacle, this rather unique southeast corner unit on the 10th floor has been at least tempoarily taken off the market.  This popular floor plan offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, as well as a coveted den for that little bit of extra space.  Two balconies including a large balcony on the front of the unit with views to the bay to the south and west.  This particular residence has the standard cabinetry found in most units, but travertine flooring so a bit more unique than most.  The asking price is notably less than what the owner paid for it just about a year ago.  I’ll post again once it’s officially back on the market.

This northeast corner unit on the 17th floor has been taken off the market again, at least temporarily.  Pretty standard Pinnacle amenities, but a reasonable price as the sellers on this one have found another property to purchase and want to get this one sold soon.  We’ll see if there’s better luck when it’s back on the market.  I’ll post again then.
