This this middle-unit on the 20th floor facing east has been cancelled on the MLS.  Not your typical Pinnacle condo, this residence has been upgraded with wood floors, custom paint, and custom lighting.  Popular split-bedroom floor plan with little wasted space on hallways, 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.  It’ll be interesting to see if an east-facing unit will sell for as much as other model-matches on the west side of the building might.  The price still seems quite high given the most recent sales in the stack, even with the last price reduction.
