This 25th floor west-facing condo at the Pinnacle has expired on the MLS after about 3 months on the market.  Exceptional bay and ocean views to the west with exposure to the south and north as well from this perch above the city.  Nice upgrades like wood floors and updated baths.  This was one of the few homes that features the blue (almost purple) cabinets in the kitchen with dark granite countertops.  Not for everyone, but now in line with a recent model match sale, so if you can get past the cabinet color, you could be a buyer.  I’ll post again once it’s re-listed.

After about 2 months on the market, this middle-unit on the 17th floor facing east is now at least temporarily off the market.  Some more contemporary upgrades have been added from wood flooring in the bedrooms to a mirrored wall in the living room to updated lighting fixtures.  Popular split-bedroom floor plan with little wasted space on hallways, 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.  It’ll be interesting to see if an east-facing unit will sell in the striking distance of a model-match on the west-side of the building lower down as this unit does not have direct bay views unless you’re on the balcony.  I’ll post again if it’s put back on the market.
